9.2.2011 // Diana Adams
Basic Truth: God Loves MeQuestion: Who Can Help You?Bottom Line: God Can Help You Do AnythingFor most families, September means the return to some semblance of a routine, shorter days and cooler weather. With it, Fall also brings new challenges to parents and children alike. Many of our WeePoint kids will be starting Pre-School this month, and I can’t think of a better time to teach them that God can help them do anything. These children are sure to face a multitude of new challenges – making friends, following the structure of a school day, obeying new rules and assuming new responsibilities. It is my hope that as each child faces these unique and sometimes difficult experiences that they would do so Knowing that God can help them do anything. This month’s lesson is also a timely one for parents. It’s my prayer you would rest knowing that while you can’t be in the classroom with your child as he or she ventures off in to this new stage in life, God is right there with them ready and willing to help them in ways that only He can.
