Vision and Mission
GenerationNext at Woodlands Point Community Church serves Pre-School through High School Students, 6 weeks old - 12th grade, in a Gospel-centered, safe, nurturing, and loving environment where they are led and encouraged to discover truths about God, His word, His Son and His Love. We are dedicated to coming alongside parents and families and together teaching children the same core values taught in our adult church services each week - To Worship Christ, to Live in Community, to get Equipped for Ministry and to Live on Mission. We strive to support you in your role as primary spiritual provider tasked with cultivating a Gospel identity in your children. Above all, GenerationNext exists to glorify God by supporting families in developing a generation who loves and follows Jesus Christ and to lead children in a growing relationship with Him. Registration Forms All first time guests (PreK-5th grade) must fill out a GenerationNext Registration Form. Paper forms are located on all of our registration tables and the sign-in tables outside each classroom. If pertinent information changes (allergies, authorized adults to pick up your child, age) please fill out an updated registration form. To speed up registration you can fill out our online registration form. Sign-In Sheets Please sign in your child on the sign-in sheet outside of their classroom so that we always know who is in our classrooms. Remember to put your child's security name tag number and parent location on the sign-in sheet. If your child needs you, we will post the last 4 digits of your child's security name tag number on the screen in the Worship Center. Security Tags For the safety of your children, you will be asked to SIGN IN each child to their classroom and take a separate numbered SECURITY TAG for each child. Each tag has a number that will be matched to your child's numbered security name tag before your child is released to you at the end of the service. You must present this tag in order to access the GenerationNext hallways any time DURING or AFTER church service and to pick up your child. Please note: Siblings are not allowed to pick up their brothers and/or sisters. A parent/guardian must be present in order for a child to be released from their classroom.
Remember!
If we should need you at any time during the service, we will display the number on your security tag on the screen in the worship service. |
