 
Nursery/Classroom Shepherds // TIME: 3 hours a month
Once a month shepherds pray over children, teach Bible lessons and oversee lesson activities in the classroom. Arrive by 9:30am. (Must submit to criminal background check.)
GenNext Greeter // TIME: 1 hour a month
Greeters serve 1-4 times a month before/after service. They are responsible for welcoming families in the hallways, directing first time guests and answering FAQ's. Arrive by 10:00am
Lesson/Activity Prep // TIME: varies
Serve 2-4 times month during the week at home or the church offices. Prepare materials used in weekly GenNext lessons. 
Greeters // TIME: 1 hour a month
Arrive by 10:00am to for prayer and assignments for greeting once a month. Greet in Welcome Area for 15 minutes after service ends.
Info Table Reps // TIME: 1 hour a month
Arrive by 10:00am to for prayer and instructions. "Man" the Info Table before and after service, assisting with questions, sign-ups, payments, etc. 
Set-Up/Tear-Down // TIME: 2.5 hours a month
Arrive by 8:30am to set-up to help transform The Woodlands High School into WPCC one Sunday a month. Tear-down starts 15 minutes after service ends. 
A/V Teams // TIME: 2 hours a month
Arrive by 9:00am once a month to set-up projectors, screens and lighting. Run the slides during service and tear down screens and projectors after. 
Communion // TIME: 1.5 hours a month
Arrive by 9:30am the first Sunday of every month to set-up communion supplies and prepare for the service. Serve communion with a partner during the service. Clean the trays, cups, napkins and other supplies.
Prayer // TIME: 1.5 hours a month
Arrive by 9:30am the first Sunday of every month to pray over the campus. Join staff and volunteer teams for the pre-service 10:00am prayer time. Be available to pray with people during the communion portion of the service.
